Early To Bed

If we sleep early, it'll help us to get up early also, such as at 6am or 7am in the morning. Normally, we need to sleep about 6 to 8 hrs. every day. Getting up early in the morning assists normal bowel movements, which is a signal that our digestive system is right.

Take Breakfast every day
